Pleasant Run Stone House II is one of 2 dry-stone houses located on Pleasant Run Creek of a different building tradition than others in Kentucky. Tradition says that an unknown German Immigrant from Pennsylvania, built this Greek Revival style stone structure. This man was also responsible for building other stone structures along the creek. The house was built using a 4-room plan. The property also contains 2 stone bridges, a stone smokehouse, a bank barn, and a carriage barn.
